Thanks Jyothi, I meant more to keep the O365 groups experience more consistent rather than to email the group to post. The main difference at the moment between the O365 group created in Yammer is the lack of email/calendar (which I can see makes sense as you avoid having two conversation areas) which causes some confusion when every other O365 group type (teams, outlook, sharepoint, planner, etc) get's an email address.
Hi Nick, Yammer groups do get an email address, which you will be able to access from your tenant's global address list, just like you can with the other group types you mentioned. The only difference is that when you email firstname.lastname@example.org, the message shows up as a Yammer thread instead of showing up in the group's mailbox in OWA. We are still working on the details of the calendar integration experience so I don't have any timelines to share about when we will ship that feature.
