Add badges to contributors

User engagement in Yammer Groups should be recognised. 

Would love to have this functionality in the system.

This should be also enabled or disabled in the admin panel.

This ties into the gamification question (https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Yammer-AMA/Gamification-of-Yammer/m-p/748203#M883). Being able to have a visual way to acknowledge top influencers, leadership, etc. (beyond group admin) would be great.
