Word won't let me save as PDF

Hi.

I have over the past couple of weeks not been able to save my word documents as PDF documents. I used to able to but it won't let me now, and gives me an error message that looks like this: 

I don't know what to do, I use that feature all the time, and I feel like I've tried everything trying to be able to do it again. I tried to go through the print tab but that won't even open.

Anyone has any idea how to fix this issue. Greatly appreciated, thank you.

Hi! I am not being able to save as pdf in word or try to print to pdf (in fact, it is not doing anything when pressing the Print button)

Mac Book Pro. Big Sur 11.6

Word For Mac V 16.53

@fcarini2021 - I am seeing the same problem with the same version of Word under Big Sur 11.6.
