Word save problem

Hello 

i have problem with my office 

sometimes when I want save my finished text I click save > save to > save to desktop > press save and in this moment my file and all program despaired. Program don’t show me any error (nothing) I try find in desktop files and any place but my computer thing like it never existed 

pls help me to get back my file

@Michael1365 Try File>Info>Manage Document>Recover Unsaved Documents and see if your file is there.  

Also go to File>Options>Save and make sure that there is a check mark in the box for "Keep the last AutoRecovered version if I close without saving".
