1.) If a document is too long, is that the reason why the first 250 pages of a 400 page document show the Headings, but because the Navigation Pane is too short, the headings in pages 251-400 won't show up in the Navigation Pane.
2.) If the 400 page document is broken into two separate documents all with headings, why won't the second document (pages 251-400 that have headings -- why don't the headings in the second document show up in the Navigation Pane in the second Document? Thank you
