Word 365 uneven doublesided pages

i am trying to print 2-sided business cards in Word. The whole page is either higher or lower.

@chas2467 Can youupload a copy of the document that you are trying to print to OneDrive, Dropbox or GoogleDocs and set it to be shared so that we can take a look at it.

Note however, I may be an issue with the duplexing operation of your printer, but without seeing the document it is not possible to make that determination.
