What is this boxy kinda think making my word document kinda weird and not organised

I don't know exactly if you can see this boxes or not but this text boxes making my document so much worse. can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Go to File>Options>Advanced>Show document content, and uncheck the box for "Show text boundaries".
