Weird Lines in Word Document

User somehow set this lines and they on every word page, even after reinstallation they appear on user side, but they are not there on admin side, please suggest how to remove them, I think I checked every option on ribbon and was not able to remove them.

Can you give us a sample?

Why a sample file is important for troubleshooting - - - - - - - and how to do it.

I suspect that it is a paragraph border in the header.
