Weird indent on table

Hello!

I'm having this issue where when I try to make a bullet in the first row of a 3x1 table, it seems to appear lower than the that of the other tables. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Check if some Spacing Before has been applied to the paragraph in the first cell. 

You should also check for the presence of blank paragraphs. Click the ¶ icon on the Home tab to display nonprinting marks. Paragraph marks are represented by ¶ symbols.
