I experienced this problem when using proplus 2021. There's a black bar on certain tab (idk what this is called) that has selection thing (like font, font size, indent, etc). On "example 3" it's when I point my mouse to the tab, it'll show.
Please help me. is it can be disabled? is it visual bug?

It is not a bug in that I do not see it in my Office 2021.
What is your Office theme?
Are you seeing this in any non-office programs?
The black bars are the spaces for you to type which should ordinarily show the current state.
Have you tried a repair?

My office theme it's colorful, I tried to change it and the black bar still there. And I not seeing this in other apps, just in office.
I used Office 2016 before and not encounter this problem, only when I installed office 2021.
any other advice that I can try? Thanks in advance.

Windows 11?
Windows 10?
You can try setting the registry key to disable hardware graphics acceleration.
You would want to try setting its value to 1. To turn back on would be the value 0.
