Using a template to upload a book. The template stopped populating chapters after 10 . Is it full??

The template does not populate the next empty box with place title for chapter 11 there  or paste chapter 11 content her  them chapter 12 here  it is just there.

Which template are you using? Is it a template provided by Microsoft?
