Unable to create side by side view in the online version of word.

Side by Side view of word (online) isn't even an option.  Not greyed out, just doesn't exist, how do I fix this?

Word Online lacks many features that are available in the full (Windows) version of Word.

While it is possible to send feedback to Microsoft, you can't fix this short term. You'll need a full version of Word (Office) that you run on a Windows (or Mac) device.
