Two different highlight colors in Word

Copper Contributor

Hi,

I've to work on MS word files where the words / expressions I consider to be removed, I strikethrough it and highlight RED. and new words / expressions are required to be highlighted GREEN.

I've to switch highlight colors between RED and GREEN frequently which takes time.

Is there any advanced option that RED and GREEN colors may be available side by side and I could click on any one. And if possible, when I highlight something RED, it should also be striked-through.

Please guide.

Regards,

Shakeel

After posting here, I found a good method that fulfilled my requirement. Writing it here as someone may get benefit.

Just go to Home > Styles > New Style ...
Now whatever sets of formatting you need, you can make and then just in one click, your selected text will be formatted as you want. :)
