Touchpad Gesture unavailable

I can't use two finger scrolling in my laptop while using windows. I can use this feature while using linux/chrome os in my laptop. Ihave tried everything from internet, but the problem isn't solved yet. 

 My laptop Modelis Walton Prelude N50See, No options are available
