I have the following situation. I have a bunch of corporate letter templates that contain addresses and legal information and so on in text fields.
So what I want to achieve that these extra infos are entirely ignored by accessibility software like screenreaders.
All the word accessibility article talks about is pictures.
The best options would be to have that included into the templates themselves so not everybody that uses the template has to manually set that up.
Is something like that at all possible?
I talked to microsoft support and this is probably possible macro and they advised me to post here.
It would also be nice if these tags where preserved when exporting to pdf.
