"Save as Picture" saves images in low resolution

This bug has reappeared for me in the latest update of Word for Mac, version 16.16.23. It is a volume license update which I cannot roll back, I'll try copying to PowerPoint. Just posting here to alert the devs.

In powerpoint, when pasted the image is resized quite small at first. Outputting this yields a blurry image. If I resize it larger, then a better resolution results.
