problem with word 2019

Hello

When I select any page color other than white in a Word file, after converting a Word file to PDF, a white column will appear, which was not the case in the 2013 version. 

what is the solution?

How are you converting to PDF? If you are using a PDF virtual printer, ensure that it is capable of printing to the page edges. Otherwise, you'll lose part of the background color in the PDF version.

If you use the Save As dialog box in Word, and choose PDF for file type, the problem should not occur.

I think Microsoft should release a newer version for Windows 7 and fix this bug.

Do you see this happening with a particular document or with any document which has a background color?

If the issue appears to be document-specific, you can share a sample document in Word format.
