Problem with add-ons word 2019

Hey,

I got a problem because I cant add an add-ons in word 2019 home and student.

Repairing office and help from Microsoft can't do anything via connection.

Below is screenshot that shows the problem.

How can I add any add-ons?

Same Problem here. Also on Mac and PC. No idea from Chat-Support, than repairing and restart.
