On my Word program, it has always shown quotation marks as curly as opposed to straight. I just noticed on my current work that suddenly they are straight. This is a huge problem because if I go back in to edit an existing document with curly quotes, the new ones are now straight. How do I instruct my program to make all curly quotes...And there is no "options" tab under File on my program.
