Ms Word dynamic keywords

Hi, I need some help.

I would like to create an offline document (presumably Ms Word, but could be a different Ms app). It needs to store a bunch of information about a number of services/organisations - including keywords about what those services offer. At the top of the document I would like to have a list of keywords which when clicked, autopopulate at the top the specific services (including their info) who have that keyword associated with them.

You could have the keywords as the display text for Hyperlinks or MacroButton fields. In the latter case, double clicking on the keyword would run a macro that inserted the text.
