Hi there, I have recently been having some trouble with my mobile Word app. I have a few files that seems to never show up in the recently viewed folder. I had contacted support, and the agent told me the folder they were in was the problem, so I moved all the files and put them elsewhere. This worked for all of two days, and now I am here again. I'm not sure why those particular files are having this trouble. I have tried updating, uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing app cache, and resetting the app from within the settings. I do hope for some kind assistance as I am not sure what next step to take. Thanks in advance.
