I am moving from a late 2012 27" Mac to a recon 2020 version running OS 12.6. I have copied over Word (and the rest of Microsoft Office 2016) v 16.16.27, for which I have a serial key. I can open Word and read, but I cannot write or save. Going to the activate tab and putting in the key produces a message that the key has already been used, which is true, but not helpful. What do I do now?
