I have two questions on Word table:
1. Is there a way to put the second duplicate row as blank? Can I use Word existing functions to set this up? If not, would this be a VBA macros question. The Word document is a template and will populate data when generating a report.
Company | Depart | Name |
ABC | Accounting | Sherman |
ABC | Accounting | David |
ABC | Sales | John |
ABC | Sales | Mary |

2. How to set columns in a table length fixed? So when data is populated the columns will not shrink or expand the width?
Thanks
