Merged data appears in preview mode, but doesn't print.

I have created a mail merge document in MS Word for Mac, Vers 16.78.Mailmerge Document with fieldsMailmerge Document with fields

When I view it in "Preview" mode, the data from my Excel SS (Excel Vers 16.78) appears as expected.Same MM document in "Preview" mode (not that data from Excel SS is populated)Same MM document in "Preview" mode (not that data from Excel SS is populated)

But when I print the document, all the "merged" data is missing.

@BillBarlow You are probably using a text box for the merged data.  Instead of using a text box, I would suggest that you make use of a table to layout the document.
