Hi there, trying to get Word to print Markup (especially comments) as it is shown in the document. When going to print / print preview, the format changes the comments by adding the text "commented" in front of every comment, and changing full names to initials and random numbers only (see image). It also loses in-line reply formatting, making it much harder to work through once the document is printed. We just want to print it how it is showing in the document (with full names only and replies shown stacked/indented).
Short of saving evert page as an image, not sure how to achieve this!
Saving as a PDF with comments does the same thing.
