Margin Setting for Headers

Is it possible to set a custom top margin for a certain text style such as "Heading 1?" I am working with a format that requires special margins for specific pages and a custom margin linked to a specific style would present a helpful automated solution.

Using plus or minus Before or After Paragraph Indentation for the specific style, you can "overrule" the margin settings.
