Makeing colums easy

Can anyone help me to figure out if there is an easy way of doing such column style text without putting every single word into a single column?

Best is to use a three-column table with the alignment in the columns set the way you want. Tables do not have to have borders.

Another less-ideal method would be to set right and center tabs for the first two columns and use the tab key.

The Columns  feature is definitely not the one you want to be using.
