labels with 4 lines print double spaced.

I am using Word 2021. I can print labels with 3 lines correctly using 11 pitch. My labels with 4 lines are printing double spaced. I have tried 8-11 pitch.

Can you upload a copy of the label document that you are using so that we can investigate the issue.
