I have 1 hyperlink in my Word footer that does not want to be a hyplink

Does anybody know what to do with a hyperlink that won't be a hyperlink?

@BessieEssie If you press ALT+F9 to toggle on the display of the field codes in the document, what do you see?

 

Can you upload a copy of the document so that we can take a look at it.
