I can't see gridline in print preview after completing label merge.

During creation of label i was able to see gridline. But in print preview i can't see grid line . Why?

I want to print a label which has gridline around text

Hard to diagnose without seeing a sample of the file, but I would say if the lables are actually in a table, you can add lines from the Home tab or in the Design tab (click only a label) and use Borders > Borders and Shading to add the colour and type of lines you want (e.g. dotted).
