How to make this specific arrow, small on one side, large on the other??

Copper Contributor

Hello!

I've spent an absurd amount of time googling and reading many posts and forums, and experimenting in word and different paint apps, to try to figure out how to make the arrows shown in the pic below.  They are small at one side, and large on the arrow side.

I've seen these in many of the work instructions I've read at various jobs I've worked at, and seen them all over the internet but CANNOT figure out how to make them.  Even some of the posts I read online about how to make arrows in word used these arrows in their pictures while showing how to make other arrows, but did not show how to make these!

Some one please tell me how they are made.  If they are not made in word, please tell me what program they are made in.  Specifics would be appreciated, but any bit of direction will also be appreciated.

Here's the arrows I'm talking about:

Thank you very much,

Hi Sabatino
You mean to say these 4 red arrow ? you want to equal size of arrow from both end ? If yes, there is in-built arrows in word, Insert Menu-->Click on Shapes.

@SabatinoY have you looked in the Icon section:

There are more arrows here that can be re-sized and moved to suit.
