How to bulk remove minutes from text.

Hi 

I am trying to bulk remove timings ( i.e., 6:21 etc) from captions from a recording, example of a small section is copy pasted below. There about 20 pages of it! The times (shown on the left) are on the same row so I cannot separate them out.  At the moment I am deleting them one by one which is taking forever. Does anyone have any ideas how to bulk delete them?

@Natnewb Use a Wildcard Find and replace to find

[0-9]{1,}:[0-9]{1,}^13

With nothing in the Replace with control
