How to auto change a text in word

I wonder how could I change a text once, the rest would be changed automatically like Microsoft excel does?

You will have to provide some more information. What type of information do you want to update automatically in Word? 

Word does support certain calculations, if that is what you have in mind, but it is a bit limited compared to Excel. If you are running Word for Windows, embedding an Excel range may be the best solution.
