Footer on last page only in Word for Mac

I draft multipage legal documents.  I need to create a macro that would put the file name and path, and date at the bottom of the last page as a footer.  In a past life it was easy to do in Wordperfect, but I have been unable to create such a macro.  Any suggestions?

A conditional field in the header should work: { IF { PAGE } = { NUMPAGES } "{ FILENAME }"
