Hello,
Since a Word update (November or December 2022), the mathematical formulas created in a table no longer center correctly. There is a slight and annoying shift to the left as soon as I use the equation editor, while this is not the case for normal text at all. I didn't have this problem before.
Has anyone ever encountered this problem and been able to solve it?
Here is a screenshot of the problem...
I have already called Microsoft's online chat, but the technician was unable to solve the problem. He made me do a lot of manipulations that were ultimately useless.
Thank you in advance for your help. I'm on an iMac M1 with MacOS Ventura 13.1 and I use Word 2019 for Mac, version 16.69.

I agree with Doug that a sample with the problem would help.
You can save to a cloud location and post a share link here.
I suspect that the paragraph formatting inside the cell includes a left indent or left cell padding.

@LaurentS23 Another way to adjust the alignment is to set a Left Indent
An alternative would be to adjust the left margin of the cells.

Note, this is not the place to get any changes made in Word nor the attention of developers at Microsoft. This is an independent user-to-user support forum. MS does not see anything you post here. The way to get their attention is through the feedback mechanisms.
