I am using EndNote X9 and Microsoft Word for Mac v 16.34. The reference format in EndNote is JAMA. I have used APA, Chicago, and Turabian formats in Word. Despite the fact that references are correct in EndNote, when they are imported into word they add "Secondary....) and then duplicate the title of the reference. See below.
