Editing in word

Good day!

The  first concern is changing the footnote. The first footnote is showing as (2) and some numbers are missing like the number (9). 

The second concern is with the paging. I wanted to change the first 12 pages to be numerals and the page 13 becomes number 1.

The third third concern is how I can change the figure number on each picture automatically without changing it manually.

Footnotes. How were footnotes created? If you inserted them via References > Insert Footnote, they would increment automatically. 

Page numbering. To restart page numbering and change its format, you need a section break at the end of the 12th physical page. See http://wordfaqs.ssbarnhill.com/FrontMatterRibbon.htm.

Figure numbers. Use References > Insert Caption to create caption numbering.
