I want to make a Drop Down List in Word that repeats in other parts of the document. E.g If I select from the Drop Down List it will repeat in other parts of the documents. For example, if my Drop Down List has Client Names to choose from, I want those to also repeat in other sections of my Word Document e.g. there may be 3-4 area of the word document that requires the Client Name. I want to be able to select from the list and these fields are auto-populated BUT if then I wish to change the client name, I can change it in any of the fields and they will all change.
