Can Word online be used to create a 'client ready' document?

Clearly there are limitations with respect to functionality i.e. title numbering / spacing etc - I'd be keen to hear the groups opinion on whether a document created in the online version of Word could be completed at 'deliverable' quality - or whether it is necessary to download the document and 'top and tail' (final formatting) in the client application.

Word Online has far less capability than the Desktop application and is really only suitable for reading and minor editing of a document. I would not consider it suitable for the purpose that you mention.
