For some reason when I email a word document, the numbering changes into solid black rectangles. Any fixes?

@shelleyr87 If you are working with Word Online, you should probably convert the file to PDF before you send it by e-mail.

@Stefan_Blom Thanks for the reply. I need to leave it as a Word document because I'm often sending documents that a whole team is working on together or creating company templates for team members to be able to work with.
