Does anyone know why when adding commands to the quick access toolbar some people have more/different commands than others? I am an office insider so I know my version is different then my end users but today I was training on formatting and I showed the Autoformat Now button that I add to quick access. I found that my users did not have that choice in All Commands when they went to customize the quick access bar. WHY? That feature has been around forever so I would not think my Office version should have anything to do with it.
