I have a 2013 iMac so I was sent the 2016 version of Office. I was able to download the package, but when I try to activate, it just spins and won’t connect to my Microsoft subscription. I think Microsoft needs to do something on their end to add it to my account, but what do I know. Is there anything more I can do to activate the package from my end?
