Spring update windows client service not registered in AAD

I created a new Microsoft tenant for testing and found the Windows Remote Desktop client (latest build) gave me a service unregistered issue.  I had to register the WVD service and the WVD client in Azure AD as per the original Fall release.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Just wondering if it is meant to be part of the process or not?

@alankinane485 here are two relevant posts. The recommendation is to use the May release of the Windows client for now. The June release should also bring some improvements in this area.
