Has anyone got the management tool to deploy? Seems to always fail with conflict errors.

@HandA I've gotten it to work, it takes a bit of tinkering, especially around the user principal: make sure MFA is off, and conditional access is off, as is noted on this GitHub here: https://github.com/Azure/RDS-Templates/issues/242#issuecomment-544399270.

Thanks. Got it to work now. Was trying it with a service principal with contributer rights and that was failing. Used an admin account with MFA turned off for the duration of the deployment and that worked.
