FSLogix Profile Not Attaching

About 10-20% of our WVD users are receiving this error. We have multiple (identical) session hosts and we're using Azure Files for user profiles. Unsure how to troubleshoot/resolve it.

 

Any guidance?

@Justin Coffey, If you select Advanced View in the top right of FSlogix Profile Status app. 

Could you provide more info about the logged-in user account?

 

I've had the issue that the RDS Host had a local profile with the same name, after purging the account's local folder + in regedit removed the UserProfile of the user, i've gotten the Profile Status: Active in FSLogix tray.

 

Remove local account
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList.

 

This was also the fix for case the error : Unknown status: 4294967295
