We can connect via RDP to our server, but when we try to use the Windows Remote Desktop client or web client we get the following error:
"We couldn't connect because there are currently no available resources. Try again later or contact tech support for help if this keeps happening".

You could check what is going wrong using the Get-RdsDiagnosticActivities cmdlet:
Filter out the Connection attempt, get the Detailed logging (using the -Detailed parameter) and expand the Errors property
