Azure Windows Vitual Desktop Deployment Question

Copper Contributor

I deployed a virtual desktop using a guide I found that used the command line to configure host pool and deploy. I have since noticed that the Azure portal has a VDI console area. The deployment I did doesn't show up there. Is that correct or is there a way to get it to show up there to manage it without the command line and see the users etc? Or do I need to recreate it?

@ITJosh2020 It sounds like you deployed the Fall Release via the command line. The version in the portal is the Spring release.  You can either migrate from the fall release, to the spring release using the instructions here https://blog.itprocloud.de/Windows-Virtual-Desktop-Migrate-from-Fall-to-Spring/

Or if its just a small test environment its probably easier and quicker to re-create from the new Portal, which would be the Spring release.

Hope that makes sense!

Thanks for the info, this is what I needed.
