WUfB Telemetry Requirement

Hey! Can you confirm that endpoints must be able to send basic telemetry to register to the WU Service and for WUfB policy to be effective on an endpoint - specifically FU Policies. Thanks

For the diagnostic level for using WUfB, see the first important note at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/update/waas-configure-wufb.

For reporting and telemetry in Intune and Updates Compliance, diagnostics must be enabled.
