WSUS on server 2008 cant push monthly rollup

Dear All, i have problem with my WSUS, i cant patch 2019-08 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB4512506) to my pc client but i can patch like KB4490628 and KB4474419 to pc client. i approve from main server (win server 2012) to slave (win server 2008)

For the issue you mention, how come you are trying deploy the older "2019-08 Security Monthly Quality Rollup" update?

Monthly Quality Rollups superseded each other each month, so you might already have one of the newer ones installed, see a list here:

Could you please post an output from the command below (to check what updates you have already installed):

dism /Online /Get-Packages /Format:table
