"Windows cannot find wt.exe" Is it bug?

Probably not quite. It is a feature of Windows 11 that, probably, was not intended to be on Windows Server 11. Since Windows Server is based on regular Windows, leftovers of features unavailable on the server can still be found even on the previous Windows Server editions, based on Windows 10. In the final version either WIndows Terminal shall be present, either we shall have Command Prompt or PowerShell instead in there linked.
But Microsoft supposed to remove useless menu?
Still a preview, not the final OS. As I said, either of the two shall be present on the final OS. Too early now. I think now we can provide feedback, for now, on bugs and other issues.
